SEC showdown ends in comeback win for Mizzou
COLUMBIA- The Tigers snapped their four game losing streak in style Tuesday night as they completed the comeback that they failed to piece together last week against Texas A&M.
Despite trailing 59-39 with 13:33 to go and Georgia's Anthony Edwards achieving his ninth game with 20 or more points, everything seemed to click for Missouri towards the end of the game as they out scored Georgia 33-10 in the last thirteen and a half minutes.
With just seconds on the clock and a chance for Georgia to tie the game, Minnesota native, Reed Nikko, played the hero breaking up the lay up from Edwards to secure the win for Mizzou 69-72.
They will hit the court again on Saturday in South Carolina as they take on the Gamecocks at 2:30.
