Sheriff: Caulfield Woman was Murdered
CAULFIELD, Mo. (AP) -- Howell County authorities say they are investigating the death of a Caulfield woman as a homicide.
The body of 63-year-old Joy Dishneau was found at her home on Monday.
Howell County Sheriff's Lt. Al Jones wouldn't say how Dishneau died but says a preliminary autopsy ruled out suicide.
Dishneau's 2004 Jeep Liberty was gone from her home when officers arrived by was found abandoned Tuesday in Ozark County.
KY3-TV reports that the Howell County Coroner is waiting for toxicology reports to complete the autopsy.
