Shooting victims found at St. Louis car crash
ST. LOUIS (AP) — Officers in St. Louis County found two shooting victims inside a vehicle when responding to a car crash.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports an 18-year-old man died at the scene. A 19-year-old woman also in the car was taken to a hospital with a gunshot wound. Police say she is stable.
The third person in the vehicle was a woman driving the car. Police say she is not injured.
The car crashed early Tuesday morning in Florissant, but St. Louis County police is handling the homicide investigation because it was determined the actual shooting was in unincorporated north St. Louis County.
St. Louis County Police spokesman Benjamin Granda did not say if there was a possible motive for the shooting or if the police had any suspects.
