St. Louis evens series at one against San Jose
SAN JOSE – St. Louis was looking to even up its series against the San Jose Sharks Monday as they met for Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals.
Jaden Schwartz continued his playoff scoring, getting the Blues on the board early. He skated in unmarked and went top shelf past Sharks goalie Martin Jones for the 1-0 lead less than three minutes into the game for his ninth goal of these playoffs.

The Blues finally got a few shots and made them count. Vince Dunn fired the Blues ahead 2-0 on just the ninth shot of the game.
The Sharks’ Logan Couture broke free 39 seconds later while shorthanded to make it 2-1. It was 2-2 less than two minutes later as Couture again beat Jordan Binnington.
Robert Bortuzzo put the Blues back up late in the second period 3-2.
One more was added late by Oskar Sundqvist as the Blues leave San Jose tied 1-1 in the series.
