ST. LOUIS (AP) -- The hunt for Red October? Easy. Go to St. Louis.

KTVI-TV reports that the St. Louis Convention and Visitors Commission is asking Cardinals fans to wear red on Tuesday, when the Cardinals will host the Philadelphia Phillies in Game 3 of the National League Divisional Series.

Not that it will take a lot of cajoling -- Cardinals fans typically turn out in red for relatively meaningless mid-season games, much less for the playoffs.

Nestle Purina PetCare will hang a 180-foot-by-70-foot sign from its building showing a cat, a dog and a baseball with the words, "Go Cards."

Civic leaders say the playoffs bring in more visitors -- and more money -- to the community.
