St. Louis High School Co-Valedictorian Strangled
ST. LOUIS - Authorities say a St. Louis high school co-valedictorian and homecoming queen died of strangulation.
Police responded to a home Monday night and found the body of 18-year-old Sarah Billingsley-Walker, a popular student at Vashon High School, where she was also a member of the National Honor Society and the school dance team.
KSDK-TV reported Wednesday that the St. Louis Medical Examiner's office determined Billingsley-Walker was strangled. Authorities say a person of interest is in custody, but no charges have been filed.
