St. Louis police arrest 8 protesters
ST. LOUIS (AP) - St. Louis police arrested eight protesters in downtown St. Louis.
KMOV reports the protesters were arrested Friday night during a march to Busch Stadium and Ballpark Village. Police say the protesters were instructed to stay on the sidewalks but some of the protesters began walking in the street before midnight and did not follow traffic signals.
Six protesters were arrested for impeding the flow of traffic. Two others were arrested for impeding the flow of traffic and resisting arrest. Officers also used a stun gun on two protesters.
