O'FALLON (AP) - The Francis Howell School Board in St. Charles County is considering going back to "Christmas" break. About a dozen years ago, the district changed the name of the break to "Winter Break." The board tomorrow will consider changing the name back to "Christmas Break," despite some concerns the move could spur lawsuits. Critics tell the St. Louis Post-Dispatch the change would exclude non-Christians. But supporters say the change recognizes the fact that the break is timed to coincide with Christmas.
