HOLTS SUMMIT - Police are searching for a suspect who they said robbed a Holts Summit snack shop Monday around 5:30 a.m.

Bee Line Snack Shop was able to provide police with surveillance video of the incident. Police said the suspect entered the store and immediately went behind the counter to restrain an employee. The report said the suspect demanded money from the clerk and ran out of the store.

The police description was limited, saying the suspect was wearing dark clothing, a hood, gloves and had a bandanna over his face.

The Holts Summit Police Department is urging anyone with information about the robbery to contact their office at (573) 896-4678 or Callaway County Crime Stoppers at (573) 592-2474.
