SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (AP) -- A Springfield 18-year-old is facing charges that she dropped a toddler she was baby-sitting from a second-story window. Rebecca Woods is charged with endangering the welfare of a child. She was jailed last night on $25,000 bond. Police say a teen playing football below caught the 2-year-old before the child hit the ground. The toddler was not seriously hurt. Lieutenant Dan Schrader said Woods was taking care of four more children at the time.
