Temporary lockout lifted at Jefferson City schools
JEFFERSON CITY - Two Jefferson City schools were placed on a temporary lockout Friday at the recommendation of the Jefferson City Police Department.
A lockout was lifted today at 1:56 p.m. at Thomas Jefferson Middle School and Capital City High School. "This was out of abundance of caution due to an external threat," stated the school district.
