Tigers Trample SIUE

COLUMBIA- The Missouri soccer team trampled Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville Friday 4-0.

The Tigers finished with a 9-2 non-conference record—one of the best starts in Mizzou soccer history.

In the first half, Kelsey Blincow scored off of a penalty kick to put the Tigers up 1-0. Later, Alyssa Diggs fed Danielle Nottingham the assist for Mizzou'second goal of the game.

In the second half, Abi Raymer nailed a shot for her third goal of the season. Kendra Collins finished off the scoring rampage with header later in the second half.

The Tigers pick up Big 12 conference play on the road in Waco, Texas to take on Baylor next Friday, Oct. 14.
