Two Fulton women arrested on suspicion of child endangerment
FULTON - Police arrested two women on suspicion of child endangerment and possession of controlled substances.
Fulton Police responded to a report of a child falling out of a car and two adult females acting suspiciously. Police identified the women as Erin Nunes and Marie Dishman,
Officers said Nunes was found to be in felony possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and endangered the welfare of a toddler inside the car she was in. Nunes was taken to the Callaway County Jail and released with a total bond of $9,500.
Police said Dishman, the child's mother, was also taken into custody for felony child endangerment. Dishman was transported to the Callaway County Jail with a total bond of $4,500.
The child, who did not appear to be injured, was released to juvenile authorities.
