COLUMBIA - Two future Missouri Tigers have been invited to the 2011 Under Armour All-America softball game, as announced by ESPN Rise. Corrin Genovese and Kelsi Jones were selected as part of the 30-person roster that will participate at the ESPN Rise Games from July 17-20 in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.

This marks the third straight year that Genovese has been selected as part of the Under Armour All-America team. Picked as a shortstop, the 2010 All-Western N.Y. co-Player of the Year just wrapped up her senior year of high school where she was selected as to the All-Western N.Y. squad for the second time. Genovese projects to battle for the second base position when she joins the Tigers, and was recruited by Arizona, Alabama and Oklahoma, among others.

The awards continue to roll in for Jones, who will make her first appearance at the Under Armour All-America game as an outfielder. Earlier this summer, Jones was named First Team All-American by ESPN Rise and Second Team All-American by the Louisville Slugger/National Fastpitch Coaches Association. She was also picked as Indiana's Gatorade Softball Player of the Year after hitting .464 with seven home runs, 14 doubles and 33 RBI in 30 games this past season. Jones chose Mizzou over Georgia, Michigan, Kentucky and others.

The 2011 Under-Armour All-American softball game will air via tape delay on Saturday, July 23 on ESPNU.
