UPDATE: Randy Ray Coonce Arrested
COLUMBIA - Moberly Police arrested Randy Ray Coonce on Sunday at around 1:00 a.m. at a residence in the 400 block of East Burkhart Street.
According to a media release by the Moberly Police Department, officers were serving a Randolph County drug warrant. Police received an anonymous tip about the whereabouts of Coonce and established a perimeter around the residence immediately. The suspect was alone inside the building.
After unsuccessfully trying to contact Coonce by phone, members of the Moberly Police Department's tactical team entered the residence and arrested the suspect without incident.
Coonce remains incarcerated with a $100,000 bond set. Moberly Police were assisted by the Randolph County Sheriff's Office and the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
