UPDATE: Two arrested in Fulton High School burglary
FULTON - The Fulton Police Department arrested two men Tuesday for breaking into Fulton High School last Friday.
Zachary Rice and Wendell Belisle both face charges of burglary, property damage and trespassing after breaking a window and entering the school.
A press release from Fulton Police said Rice was taken into custody Tuesday after officers found out his identity.
The statement also said Belisle turned himself into the Callaway County Sheriff's office.
Rice was also arrested in connection with a June 20 incident on County Road 123. Rice allegedly stopped, confronted and assaulted another subject along the county roadway.
Rice is also facing an additional charge of forgery, after presenting a false identity during his arrest and forging a court document during the booking process at the Callaway County Jail.
Both are currently at Callaway County Jail. Belisle bond is set at $6,000. Rice is currently being held on no bond, with a bond setting hearing set for June 27.
