Virtual reality tour offers intense look at True/False venues
COLUMBIA - Thousands of movie fans flocked to Columbia this week for the annual True/False Film Fest, which started Thursdays and features scores of documentary films from around the world.
The films will be shown at eight Columbia venues, ranging from the RagTag Theater to MU’s Jesse Hall to the Missouri Methodist and First Presbyterian churches. Through virtual reality technology, audiences can take a tour of each venue before the curtains go up.
Use your cursor to pan around the scenes or look at them in a Cardboard VR viewer. Click the various buttons to move through the rooms and to get the option to travel to another venue.
