Wagner chosen as chair of Missouri business group
JEFFERSON CITY (AP) - The husband of U.S. Rep. Ann Wagner has been chosen as chairman of the board for Associated Industries of Missouri.
The business group announced Raymond Wagner's selection on Thursday.
Wagner works as vice president of government and public affairs at Enterprise Holdings, a St. Louis-based car rental company. He previously served as state revenue director in both Missouri and Illinois, was a municipal judge in the St. Louis suburb of Ballwin and served as chief counsel to former Missouri Gov. John Ashcroft.
His wife currently represents Missouri's 2nd Congressional District in suburban St. Louis.
