COLUMBIA — Halloween. It can be scary for many of us (and not because of costumes). We work so hard to watch our diet and exercise to stay healthy and then we see it. The orange plastic pumpkin sitting on our co-worker’s desk filled with delicious treats.

Boo!

Don’t panic! Being aware of what you’re eating can help. Here’s a list of calories and carbs so that you know exactly what’s going in your mouth (and what to log into your tracking app). Enjoy yourself! (Just not too much.)
