Woman accused of attempting to smuggle heroin into prison
MOBERLY - Moberly police arrested a woman on suspicions of smuggling drugs into prison Saturday morning.
The report said officers were tipped off by investigators at Moberly Correctional Center that 35-year-old Tina Marie Kreiman was trying to pass off drugs to an inmate during a visit around 10:00 a.m. Saturday.
Authorities said they recovered four small baggies of heroin before arresting Kreiman and taking her to Randolph County Justice Center.
Prosecutors charged Kreiman of Cape Girardeau with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute.
Kreiman was still in custody as of Saturday afternoon where a Randolph County judge set her bond at $75,000.
