Woman Donates Oxygen Masks for Missouri Pets
TROY (AP) - Firefighters in northeast Missouri's Lincoln County will now have a little better chance to save pets thanks to
a donation of nine pet oxygen masks. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports the masks were recently donated by Robyn Lavy Porter, who recently moved with her family from Lincoln County to Indianapolis. Porter raised money for the masks by working booths at pet
events and providing dog-sitting services. Fire Marshall Barry Nuss says the masks come in three sizes and can be used on dogs, cats, bird, ferrets, hamsters, iguanas, alpacas and other animals.
