The re-enactors got together with the Winston Churchill Memorial Museum for the exhibition.
But Borland says while its important to educate others, he keeps his hobby because of how much he enjoys it.

"Collecting all of the little bits and pieces that most people will never see but I know I've got," Borland emphsized.

Pieces like his collection of authentic British coins he carries with him when he's dressed as a World War II British solider. Organizers say the event was a huge success and would welcome the re-enactors back anytime.

"We'd love to have them back, it'd be nice if it was an annual stop on their annual convoy," Havers said.

This year marked the fourth trip for the military convoy. The annual trip made its way through Boone and Audrain counties before stopping in Callaway county.
