Wounded man dies after arriving at St. Louis police station
ST. LOUIS (AP) — Police say a shooting victim has died after he was brought to a police station for help.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that the man had been shot in the head and was unconscious when someone drove him to the station around 12:45 a.m. Tuesday.
Police didn't immediately identity the victim or the person who brought him to the police station.
Last week, a man bleeding from gunshot wounds to the neck and shoulder showed up at the same station to get help. He told police he had been inside his car when a stranger tried to rob him. The man told police that he was shot before he could comply with the robber's demands.
