Concert Benefit for Missouri River Culture Conservatory

The Missouri River Culture Conservancy will host an annual spring fundraiser at the Blue Note.

Musicians from around Mid-Missouri will perform at the event. Some of the musicians are the "Catnip Mouse Band," "River Ghost Review," "Acoustic Anonymous" and "We Live in Public."

The event is free, but there is a suggested $10 donation to attend. The concert starts at 6:30 p.m. and will run until 12:30 a.m.

The mission of the nonprofit group is to document the artwork of poets, storytellers, musicians and other artists in the area. The group seeks to preserve the historical events and personalities of the Missouri River and surrounding communities.
