COLUMBIA - This year, I'm hosting a weekly Mizzou football webcast to get you ready for gameday. Every week, I'll breakdown three things you need to know about the upcoming matchup. This week, Mizzou plays its Homecoming game against Vanderbilt on Saturday, October 25 at 3 p.m. CT

Note: To hear from the team and check out Vanderbilt's highlights, watch the video.

1. Vanderbilt's Offense: Vanderbilt has one of the worst offenses in the country. They are 8th worst in scoring, 4th worst in total yards and last in 1st downs. That's good news for Shane Ray, who's just two sacks away from setting the school's single season record.

2. Missouri's Offense: Vanderbilt's defense isn't much better. The Commodores are dead last in the SEC in points allowed, which is a good opportunity for Maty Mauk and the Missouri offense to bounce back.

3. Easy Road Ahead: Vanderbilt is just the start of an easy road ahead. Mizzou's 5 remaining opponents have a combined 4-16 conference record. So despite the team's struggles, winning the SEC East is still possible.
