JEFFERSON CITY - Beginning with the graduating class of 2010 all Missouri High School Students have to take a personal finance course to graduate. Missouri is one of four states in the country to have this requirement. To help teachers effectively teach this course the Missouri Department of Higher Education has released a teacher's guide called "Smart About Spending'.
