Officers respond to shots fired call in northeast columbia

COLUMBIA - Columbia police officers responded to a report of shots fired Sunday afternoon on Paris Road and Wilkes Boulevard. 

Officers said there are no suspects at the time, but collected evidence from the scene. No one was injured. 

According to the police, a cell phone was found at the scene which possibly belongs to someone involved in the shooting. 

Officers also knocked on neighbors doors looking for more information.
